LeVance transformed lived experience into a scalable operating model built around execution, compliance, talent development and funder-readiness—creating infrastructure for second chances.

After serving 26 years in Texas prisons, LeVance emerged with a mission to dismantle the systemic barriers that block entrepreneurs and graduates from converting potential into prosperity. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in Marketing, followed by an MBA in Accounting, and is currently preparing for the CPA exam.

LeVance’s professional journey includes serving as a housing counselor with NACA, where he laid the groundwork for character-based underwriting profiles in the mortgage industry—an approach that now anchors his small business lending model. He has personally helped over 20 new entrant entrepreneurs launch their businesses, translating lived experience into scalable infrastructure.

Denied licenses, employment, and opportunity due to his background, LeVance built what he needed but couldn’t access: a modular, regulator-ready system that embeds compliance, talent, and funder-readiness into underserved ventures. His leadership bridges advocacy, execution, and economic mobility.

LeVance’s journey from exclusion to execution is now embedded in every SOP, milestone map, and underwriting logic deployed through Road M.A.P.S. Business Development.

The opportunity

Small businesses do not just need advice. They need execution.

Road M.A.P.S. is designed around the gap between business guidance, operational readiness and capital access.

01 / OPERATIONS

Operational fragility

Businesses often lack standardized documentation, scalable workflows, compliance infrastructure and digital systems.

02 / CAPITAL

Funding barriers

Rigid underwriting, servicing costs and incomplete borrower packages make small-business lending difficult to scale.

03 / WORKFORCE

Talent misalignment

Recent graduates need career-aligned experience while growing businesses need affordable, skilled execution capacity.

Infrastructure, not sympathy, is the foundation for scalable second chances.

Built from lived experience

From exclusion to execution.

Road M.A.P.S. was founded by LeVance Walzier, architect of a business development model built around the barriers he encountered firsthand.

The model combines business development, character-based lending, workforce development and compliance-oriented infrastructure so underserved entrepreneurs can move from potential to a functioning, fundable business.

The result is a system designed to turn resilience into an operational asset: standardized SOPs, milestone logic, documentation, talent deployment and lender-ready packaging.

Integrated solution

Three systems. One business development engine.

The business plan positions Road M.A.P.S. at the intersection of operational execution, graduate career development and capital access.
